Trouble-Shooting

1) ERROR MESSAGE - Hompath Classic Key not Found
Check whether If, the hardware lock is connected to the printer port / USB Port of your computer or Not. If it is connected then, tighten it properly using the screws provided.

2) ERROR - Computer Hangs during installation
Check for presence of Virus in the hard disk. If not, then restart the computer and Delete:-
CLASSIC folder if you are using Hompath Classic 8.0 Premium Collection
CLASSICMD folder if you are using Hompath M.D.
CLASSIC8 folder if you are using Hompath Classic 8.0 Single CD Version.
HOMPATHVITAL folder if you are using Hompath Vital.
And Re-Install the software. Consult your hardware supplier if the problem still persists.

3) ERROR MESSAGE - Disk space not available
Change the destination location to another drive where at least 1 GB of free Disk space is available for Hompath Classic 8.0 Premium Collection and 700 MB for Hompath M.D., 500 MB for Hompath Classic 8.0 Single CD Version and 300 MB for Hompath Vital.

4) ERROR MESSAGE - Windows xp service Pack 2

5) ERROR MESSAGE - HASP Device Driver not installed.

6) ERROR MESSAGE - Failed to start Aladdin Device Driver.
Falied to start a service in the Service Control Manager

7) Problem in Installation after abnormal uninstallation.
This problem might occur when uninstallation is not properly done.In this case, installation process completes very fast and without installation. This problem is because of some entries left in Windows database.

To solve this problem, kindly download following application and run it before the installation and after uninstallation. RemRegEntry.exe

Note : Before running this application make sure Hompath Classic is not installed.
